What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, pilot number, country and the optional SimBrief, VATSIM, IVAO and Discord IDs you enter.
- Flight data: while a flight runs, ACARS sends the aircraft's position, altitude, speed, phase and landing figures, plus the simulator and aircraft title.
- Security records: sign-in times, the device name ACARS reports and IP addresses in the audit log.
What other people can see
- Your name, pilot number, rank, hours and flights appear on the pilot roster, leaderboards and flight board.
- Live flights appear on the map. In your profile you can limit the map to signed-in pilots or hide your name everywhere.
- Your email address is never shown to other pilots.
How we use it
We use this data only to run the airline: recording and reviewing flights, ranks and pay, and account emails. We do not sell or share it with advertisers.
